  • Pricing is always difficult to say ahead as every request is unique. For some, we will charge hourly (80CAD/hours) and for some we will agree on a fixed price in advance.

    For exemple, for meal prep it would usually take us 2 to 3 hours every week to prepare you around 6/8 meals. For a private event we would charge a fixed rate, depending on the style of the service and the number of guests. Send us a request !

    Keep in mind that groceries are always excluded from the pricing of our services.

  • We mainly operate in Vancouver and the BC region. We do also spend a few months during the summer in Europe, but most importantly, we are open to travel !

  • Usually our guests request us a few months in advance, especially for long weekends or holidays. But because we are mostly a one-woman operation, sometimes a few days ahead works too ! It all depend on your flexibility and our availabilities. You can’t plan everything ahead at all times, and we get that.

  • We request a 50% non-refundable deposit and the returned signed contract to confirm your booking.

    If anything happen and you need to cancel your event, we’ll make the best to reschedule for another time together ; all cancelations will be dealt on a case by case basis regarding the refund of the deposit. Life happens and we know you can’t be in control of everything at all times !

  • Basically all the workload surrounding the kitchen : grocery shopping, organizing in the fridge, setting up the table or the buffet, service if required, cleaning of your table and of course, the whole kitchen. No washing dishes for you!

    For some clients and depending on the event, we are also available to drive and drop you around (especially for skiing/surfing holidays), or simply do your groceries for the following days of our event if you want to wind down and relax. Everything is up to discussion!

  • We are a one-woman operation, so our maximum depend on the style of your event : for a family style buffet, we can accommodate on our own up to 15 guests ; for a plated dinner service, we request a host for more than 10 guests.

    Again, we take care of everything ! We work with some of the best hosts, barmaids and photographers if needed.

  • Absolutely. We love to cook a variety of food, and we take allergens and diets very seriously.

    We usually do our best to come up with an all-inclusive menu, meaning your special dietary requirement guests won’t have a separate plate and will be able to eat everything, worry free.
