Inviting someone in your home and cook there while you may be away can sometimes feel like a challenge; so let me give you a little peek into who I am and why did I become a chef
Born in 1995 in Paris, I’ve always been attracted by the wonders of the World. Living in Canada, Indonesia, Thailand, South Africa and various European countries I couldn’t help but notice that I was missing French delicacies but also how good it was to discover new ones.
Wandering between corporate jobs and seasonal work, I was always the one throwing huge dinner parties amongst friends and families, spending hours in the kitchen to be able to enjoy mouth watering food in the comfort of my own home. When I got asked to chef for a friend of a friend, I didn’t hesitate a second, and this adventure started : first in Verbier in 2022, a ski resort in Switzerland and since October 2025 in Canada, with my new home base being Vancouver.
Mostly self-taught, with a quick year as the breakfast chef in a 4* hotel in Switzerland, I never stopped cooking in my wonderful clients’ homes to keep doing what I do best : home cooked meals with fresh ingredients and warm spices.
Since I started cheffing in February of 2022, I catered to various types of wonderful clients (you can find them here and see what they have to say about me!).

I believe that to be a good private chef, you have to know your way around the kitchen, but to be a great one you need exceptional social skills and flexibility around your clients. I always treat every event with extreme attention to detail and discretion when needed.
